Title- General George Washington, Military Leader
Subject- Social Studies
Grade Level- 2-6
Link Address-
http://americanhistory.si.edu/militaryhistory/resources/Lesson3.pdf
Description- George Washington is someone that we discuss when going over the Revolutionary War. This site provides general information about Washington and I would provide this material for the students to use while talking about him. It gives a detailed description of Washingtons role as Commander of the Continental Army and I think it would be beneficial for use in my classroom.

Title- Multiplication Stories
Subject- Math
Grade Level- 3-5
Link Address-
http://illuminations.nctm.org/LessonDetail.aspx?ID=L529
Descrption- Students are able to create their own multiplication stories on their own. This would be a great way for the students to work together after I taught a lesson relating to the same material. The students could trade cards with other groups and use them as extra practice.

Title- Classifying Verbs in Context
Subject- Reading/ Language Arts
Grade Level- 3-5
Link Address-
http://www.readwritethink.org/classroom-resources/lesson-plans/identifying-classifying-verbs-context-788.html?tab=3#tabs
Descrption- We would read Verbs, verbs, verbs by Marvin Terban which is a great story to help teach verbs. I would be able to focus on the different types of verbs and use examples from the book to help instruct the students. The students would then be asked to cut out random sentences from either the newspaper or magazines. They would work in partners to identify verbs in each of their sentences. They could trade sentences to get extra practice with other groups.
